  • Submit Application and User Information

    Agency reviews Privacy, Membership and Terms of Use Agreement, completes Membership Application, along with User Information.

    Agency emails signed Membership Application and User Information (excel) to info@monarchlink.com

    NOTE: Pricing is based on an agency’s State Early Learning & Care Division programs total contract maximum reimbursable amount. There is no limit on the number of users an agency may have. Agency users may be added or removed as needed throughout the year.

  • Team Established

    Users will be activated within 2 business days of receipt of Membership Application and User Information. Each user will receive a welcome email that includes their username and password

  • Payment

    Monarch Link will email an invoice to the primary contacts listed on the Membership Application. The invoice is payable within 30 days by Check/Purchase Order, Credit Card or Bank Transfer
